Kagawa (also called “Sanuki”) is one of the smallest cities in Japan but it has more udon restaurants and 10 times more udon consumption than any other city in the whole country.
Kids in Kagawa grow up eating Sanuki style udon for breakfast, lunch or dinner and Udon is like their soul food. There is no other food like udon, it's delicious, healthy, inexpensive and fast.
Now, we want to introduce the true taste of udon to people in America.
Our head chef studied at udon school in Kagawa and spent years in research and development for our signature Sanuki style udon. |

| We realized the importance of every single ingredient to make a delicious meal beginning with finding the best resources. One of the most important resources is water. After researching what would be the best water to make superior udon and soup, we incorporated it into our recipe. Now, we finally have our signature taste. |
